Question to Smallville and Dawson's Creek fans.

I'm looking for particular eps.
From Smallville: the one where Lana is 'under influence' and later has to apologise to everyone?
From DC: the one with Joey partaking in a beauty contest?

Anyone knows what I'm talking about? I need to know what eps are those (season, number?) to be able to look for them...
...also, if you have them or know where I can get them (though not torrents, those don't work for me...) I'll be forever in your debt.
