I love this story. And this time not because it's Bruce and it's Jim and it's hot. It's just fantastic written. Just woderful.
The sentence I love the most:
Jim's back hitting the cold surface of the closed window, and he wishes he could at least feel hot skin pressed against his, but there's only kevlar and leather, cold and distant, but pulsing underneath, just like the city behind the glass, and maybe just the knowledge of this can be enough.
It's one of the best your sentences which I read.
And everything about trust and about they need each other, they both need this and it's good. Oh, and this "Jim" and "Yes". You know, I was wondering about this short word, this so short name. Just Jim. And you can write this one short name on so many different ways. In "Into morning" every time where Bruce says "Jim" hurts like hell. And this time is different, maybe even hurts but just a little, it's softer and... I don't know, I think it's like some need, ask. So Jim says "yes". Srsly, I hav no idea how you do it but I love it.
And the end. My God, I'm pretty sure this the end made the rest of my day and I have no idea how I can get this Batman's laugh out my head. Thank you very much.
