I'm not really that creative - I think in English it'd be "fuck", with an occasional "fucking hell" when somebody puts on the brakes right in front of me.

Even when it's involuntary, I trip, or whatnot, I say 'Fuck', or 'Hell'. I also say 'Fucker' a lot, or rather, mummble it under my breath when people are stupid. I blame tv :D
