I am attempting NaNoWriMo again this year, but this time, in order to succeed and to actually have fun with it, I'm concentrating on writing Bruce/Gordon. Not one story (please, I may be up to 13000-words stories now, but plotting a 50000 one is still beyond me), but just writing that 50000 words of various Bruce/Gordon fics.

I have at least three planned, and some other ideas going 'round my brain, but I'm still open to requests. Is there something that you'd like to see of this pairing? A particular kink, setting, scene, idea? Go on, help me, and request it :)

Yayz to lots and lots of Bruce/Gordon fics XD XD XD *squee* \o/

I dunno why, I suddenly had an idea... what would Batman do when he's really REALLY jealous? Like some random policewoman flirting with Jim on the street, unaware Batman's glaring from the shadows... XD

Ooooh, I love this! XD

ETA: And now, of course, I'm turning it around in my head and poking at it, and wondering whether I'd prefer it as an established relationship, or just the push Batman needs to take action... Any preferences? ;D

push Batman needs to take action~!

Yeah, sounds interesting to let it be the last thing that finally breaks Batman's hesistance XD

BTW, i was not aware, but apparently if you go and rework and edit some of your past work you can count that...if you wanted to take your past ones, edit them, post them and then add sequels, you could probably count that and it might all add up! just a thought.

I'm still trying to figure what i'm going to do. I may just edit mine(as it nearly done anyway) and work the sequel i've been trying to figure out into. i hate trying to think of plots.

Oh, I know, but mostly, I'm not doing NaNo to 'win' it and have the count, but to motivate myself to write as much as possible :D

Oh, I agree. This would be my first year even attempting NaNo, so winning is not on my high priority.

Still need a plot though. I have a little over a week to figure it out still i guess.

Hey, I'm doing NaNoWriMo too! I'm torn between working on an original novel or my Big Fucking Epic Star Wars AU.

50000 words. What the hell have we let ourselves in for? XD

I am intrigued by the thought of BFESWAU. XD

Well, I can speak only for myself, but hopefully, lots of Bruce/Gordon porn. :D

I like the idea of Bruce being jealous! I prefer established relationship and, you know, I can see angst and punching here, too, so... :P

Really, give the girl one punch, and now she wants more. XD

Oh, please, it's me. I can't *not* write angst, unless it's sheer crack. And I could probably manage then, too.

Yay for NaNoWriMo! A year ago, I had no idea what it was. This year, having been totally bowled over the OTP that is Gordon/Bruce, I'd like to try my hand at it too!

Um, let's see... something that requires Gordon to shave off his moustache. LOL

BTW, love your icon. Young Gordon is soooo tasty.

I had rewatched Batman Begins yesterday, and awww, young Gordon.

Hmm, the idea of shaving the mustache is tempting... I just hope people won't yell at me if I do so ;D

Hey, I've loved reading your stories. :)

Requests? Well, personally I'd love to see some kind of interlude between Night Lights and (Cast Me Gently) Into Morning. Specifically, I loved the idea of Gordon being embarrassed by Alfred seeing them together. Plus, any fic with Alfred is awesome.

I've also wondered why there are so few fics with a Bruce Wayne POV...

But I'm really just looking forward to reading any of your stories in this pairing. :)

From: [identity profile] noelia-g.livejournal.com
I find Gordon much easier to write than Bruce, that's why I stick to his POV... But I'm definitely going to give Bruce POV a try once I feel more secure in the pairing ;D

Also, Alfred. Always an excellent idea. *goes away plotting*

copying/pasting what I wrote somewhere else

Incorruptible.

What attracts me most to Jim Gordon is his goodness, his morality, his incorruptible core. Damn, if that isn't sexy, I don't know what is!

Could be written for laughs. Bruce testing Gordon beyond his limits.

Could be written seriously. All it took for Dent to fall was his losing Rachel. What would take Gordon to fall?

This is one of the best things I find in Gordon, too.

It will also be incredibly fun to write, I think... *adds to the growing list*

November is going to be so much fun ;D

Well, if you're of the mind for some serious h/c, I wouldn't mind seeing Gordon close to the edge. I'm talking serious, no-holds-barred, holding the knife to your wrist edge...only to have Bruce and/or Batman (however you handle it) talking him down/bringing him back from the edge. I can see the strain of having the only person you trust branded a wanted criminal being a bit much to handle. Plus the likelihood of his losing almost everything else.(Such as his marriage, possibly his home, etc.) I know it's probably overdone, but there's my two cents.

If you're still taking requests, I was wondering if you would be willing to write something that has Bruce and/or Batman interacting with Gordon and his children. They seem like really good kids (although there's really not much to go by in TDK), and it'd be nice to see Gordon being a father and raising them with the same goodness and morality he lives by.

Then again, NaNoWriMo is probably hard enough for you already, so don't worry about it if you don't have the time to write it. It's just a suggestion, but thanks anyway in advance.

I adore Gordon's kids, and usually make sure that there is at least a mention of them in most of my fics. First Times (http://noelia-g.livejournal.com/tag/first+times) had Babs guest starring :)

And also, I had this story in my head for a while now, but I didn't think there was any interest in kidfic... I might write it now that your request have given me an excuse. Yay :D

I'm really looking forward to it! Thank you!

And, honestly, I don't know why more writers don't include more of Gordon's children in their stories. It's seems to be a shame not to, especially since they're such an important part of his life.
