Uhm, the comment or the icon? If the comment, then it's because it's screened and you're either not logged in, or lj is misbehaving again. The icon is there, I can see it alright. It will be put on for the voting when the time comes *g*
If the icon, maybe it's imageshack misbehaving in turn... it's a bad day for the net today, apparently... very few things work for me...
