According to Polish movie database Serenity will premiere on 11.11.05.
Wait. I was happy that it was only two weeks, and then actually looked at the date and counted. It's over a month! Hey! That's *so* unfair. I need to move to other country. Pronto.

It's described as sci-fi/psychological drama which is kinda fun.

Man, you guys have to wait six weeks after us. I guess they have to dub it or something? It's not like Aus gets in early on most release schedules. Mind you, I have seen the 90% finished cut. Oh god. Soooo goood. *squeeeee* When you do a series of serenity/firefly user icons, I am going to steal some. :-)

I don't think they're gonna dub this... Fortunately in Poland they dub only animations and some G and PG productions. Serenity is, as I saw, PG-13, which means kids won't see it, which means dubbing is not needed.
Thank God, because I wouldn't see it if it was. Seriously. One of the most important things to me in every actor/actress is their voice. I can't watch dubbing because I freak out, it's too strange. Especially when actor has a characteristic voice I recognize well - as is the case with all Serenity actors.
Have no idea why so long, but it's usually the case with most movies. Although... for example we had Star Wars *sooner* than US because of the world premiere and time zones.
God, this wait pisses me off. *That's* why a lots of people here don't go to the cinema, just download movies. I fear I'm gonna crack, too. I *will* go to the cinema and later buy dvd... But I think I'll crack when all my flist will be buzzing about it and I'll download it. *sigh*
Can someone from a normal country adopt me?
