1. I got a belated (probably due to the Polish post being a damn nuissance) package from Secret Santa, filled with books and candies. Whoever you are, thank you so much, I love them! Especially LMM, I absolutely love Jane of Lantern Hill, and the other two novels are also brill, and there are others that I can't wait to read and just, thank you! ♥

2. ( so, I've seen Sherlock Holmes, as it premiered in Poland today )

So, I really thought my Star Trek phase was well and over with some five years ago. And I have always been more of a Star Wars girl. And I've watched TOS years ago, before I knew what slash was. And I was always more interested in Picard and his crew than Kirk and his crew anyway.

That said: I've just spent an entire day hunting for and reading ST fic. It is, in it's entirety, the new movie's fault, clearly. It's been a while since a movie did that to me, in fact, it had been about nine months, since the Dark Knight, AND WE ALL KNOW HOW THAT ENDED.

*goes back to rewatching TOS*

Someone kill me before I can go to amazon.com with my credit card. Or make myself a Starfleet uniform red dress. Or, you know, start WRITING fic.
